Excellent faucet! It is a replacement of the one I bought 10 plus years ago. Although the design is little different but it works fine. After all, it is free. Thanks to the lifetime warranty policy that PF offers. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Issues

The problem with this faucet is that the handle becomes loose and stops working the way its supposed to work. I contacted support and they said they would send me a new faucet. ( the new faucet has yet to arrive) I am not sure if they know what a hassle it is to install one of these. What I got from support was the size of the Allen wrench that must be used to tighten a screw to hold the handle. First we had a plumber ( very expensive) come in and tighten the screw. It became loose again in 3 days after we paid the plumber. Now I cannot find the screw that is supposed to tighten the handle. The Allen wrench is 3/32. It is going to be really bad for us as we need the bathroom soon. I am sorry but I cannot give this faucet more than 1 or 1.5 as a rating.
