Idk about the bumps but boy is it soothing!!
I recieved a small sample size of this lotion and thought hmm not really sure about bumps but I sure got rough skin (as I work with my hands) so let's try it on my hands 1st then I noticed the minty soothing feeling omg ahhhhhh heaven! It's kind of like the icey hot without the rank scent and sticky feeling...if that makes sense anyway iam sure it works for bumps as well because every product I've ever tried from this company kicks butt & does exactly what it supposed to plus the reviews section seems to suggest so also I have been using their clear face & body wash for 8 years now & been rosatia free ever since love the products they push out I swear by them you wont be disappointed!!!

i LOVE this stuff!
I use this as a daily face lotion because I love the refreshing tingling peppermint, I can feel it working, and it does a great job keeping my face clear! I also use it anywhere I start getting irritation bumps, and it helps clear them right up. I love the smell, and that it's all natural, so refreshing. I just ordered my third bottle, my last one lasted me like 5 months!
