Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Mix all ingredients with a mixer until well blended (about 1 minute).
Pour batter into baking pan or cupcake pan with liners.
Place pan in oven and bake for 20-24 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. (Or microwave in a microwave safe dish for 2-4 minutes on high.)
Allow to cool completely and remove from pan.
In a separate bowl, add 2 tablespoons of water to all of the frosting mix and whip using a mixer. Add a few drops of water for creamier frosting.
Immediately frost cake or cupcakes.
IMPORTANT! Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days or in the freezer for up to 2 months.

15 lbs. - 1/2 cupcake or 1/16 of cake
25 lbs. - 1 cupcake or 1/8 of cake
45 lbs. - 2 cupcakes or 1/4 of cake
85 lbs. - 3 cupcakes or 3/8 of cake
100+ lbs. - 4 cupcakes or 1/2 of cake
