This stuff gets rid of thick seborrheic dermatitis (cradle cap) type build up. Just try it! Itll get rid of it. You will toss all of your other shampoos out. Use it with a scalp massager if you can get one or just really massage tire trouble areas every day until it clears up then use it regularly like you would normally.
