I purchased this wedge pillow system after my C2 surgery. the support is great. firm but supportive, I am able to adjust while laying down. cushions stay in place . I do not get overly warm while sleeping. I followed the directions regarding letting the cushions regain shape before use and they took a day and a half in a warm room. I have not washed the covers as of yet . Quality is nice and price was very affordable.

this is helping me sleep on my back. i can not sleep on my back without being propoed up. i tried a wedge. i think it is called a wedge. it was too firm and stiff. it was really uncomfortable to sleep on. this is so much better. i can adjust the angle to set up more or lay propped up. plus it being a set to put my legs up to helps. the only problem is the pillow for your head. i have to have my head on something flatter so my neck doesn't hurt. but someone without scoliosis might be fine with it.
