My original battery tray rusted apart after 200K miles, and I was happy to find a new one for a reasonable price shipped. Got here in a few days, and it fit just fine and wasn't hard to install. One thing to watch for is when you remove the bolts from the old one, make sure the clip nuts that the front bolts thread into don't fall down and get lost.
