Size matters and this was too small!!

I bought a 2xl, as I do with most of my shirts. The recommended size was also 2xl. The shirt I received were labled a 2xl, but they only measured 21" across from arm pit to arm pit. I'm not sure how thats supposed to fit when the 2xl size chart chest size is listed at 50-52". Just guessing that it should've measured 25" across. I was really disappointed in the fit because I loved the color and the feel of the fabric was very soft.
