Instructions
For easy removal of embossed backing. Pop. Peel. Apply. Directions. Adults and children over 12 years:. â– remove backing from patch by firmly grasping both ends and gently pulling until backing separates in middle. â– carefully remove smaller portion of backing from patch and apply exposed portion of patch to affected area. â– once exposed portion of patch is positioned, carefully remove remaining backing to completely apply patch to affected area. â– wear one Icy Hot Patch up to 8 hours. â– repeat as necessary, but no more than 3 times daily. Children 12 years or younger: ask a doctor. Keep carton as it contains important information for usage of the product. WARNINGS. FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY. WHEN USING THIS PRODUCT. â– use only as directed. â– do not bandage tightly or use with a heating pad. â– avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. â– do not apply to wounds or damaged, broken or irritated skin. IF PREGNANT OR BREAST-FEEDING, ask a health professional before use. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

Pain
I used to gaslight myself thinking I was just sensitive, but I see so many others gets more then a burning sensation they get burns. Currently hurting due to a rash from this… this is after sitting in the shower trying to wash it off.

Severe Burn
I have used this before with no problems so something is definitely different. I used the original icy hot roll on before laying down and was woken up a hour later to extreme burning that even washing off did not stop. Horrible product

Nearly killed me
Used on knee very lightly and received the most severe and intense burning sensation of my entire life. Began during a long car ride and nearly passed out from the pain. Left skin scaly and dark colored afterwards. Genuinely 9/10 pain. Never ever use this for anything
