I am a huge fan of probiotics. This product is very unique and you may want to read up on it before purchase. As for me, I think it is awesome. I think it would be perfect for someone on antibiotics and needs to rebuild gut flora properly. I am very pleased with how I felt after taking it and delighted to have it in my supplements.
