The PB 14" Cast Iron Skillet can hold 11 cups of liquid, five large chicken breast, or four ribeye steaks. Care Instructions: Rinse the skillet with water only. Dry well. Season whenever the bottom starts to lose its well-oiled shine.

This skillet is a beast! its big. I mean it is really big. be sure you oay attention to the size. I really wanted a big skillet and this one did not disappoint. I have a 12 inch from a different manufacturer, but I was not fully prepared for just how big this one is. It's exactly what I wanted, for outdoor cooking.
