Great product but customer service was not

The product is great, but the customer service I received prior to purchasing was not. I called to inquire about how the chain attached to the gutter (V-shaped clip, inserted cup, etc.) because it was not shown in any of the photos. The representative indicated she would need to call the manufacturer and would either call me or send an email the following day. I waited four days to hear back, to no avail. I finally just placed the order and hoped for the best. BTW - it's a very thin V-shaped clip.
