Cramp Relax is an update to our long-time beloved Cramp Bark Extra, now featuring Black Haw bark, an herb relative to cramp bark herb and also traditionally used in support of relaxing occasional muscle cramps during menses. This is the same formula, now with Black Haw; still featuring the thoughtful combination of supportive herbs and nutrients to relieve common menstrual cramps during menses. This change is due to a shortage of cramp bark worldwide, and we are confident of this formula change using this relative traditional herb.

Love This Bark!
I cant find this in this large of a bottle without paying twice as much. These are a godsend for my pains. We love them. The quality seems a little less potent than the smaller bottles I use but still helps a lot. These are amazing for anxiety, PMS, PMDD, and my Endometriosis pain.
