I recently ran out of my usual fiber gummy %26 thought I'd give this one a try since they were on sale at the time. I started out taking the recommended amount, while drinking water with each serving (I thought they'd work similar to usual gummy, so I went in guns-blazing on the serving recommendations.) It was on the second or third day that I realized these were definitely NOT my usual gummies! I thought it would be wise to reduce the serving, because things got really interesting really quick for me👀👀👀 lol. These fiber gummies are top of the line in my book. They've become my new 'usuals'.
