Part of my Hormone Foundation
I suffer from low energy at certain times of the day. Serotonin and Dopamine Nutrients have changed my life for the better supporting my hormones and energy. I took the Dutch hormone test and it was eye opening. If you are middle age or older with low energy, I recommend the test. I have an appointment with an ND to discuss taking genetic methylation test. Highly recommend the book Dirty Genes available on this website as well. I feel like I am on the path to getting to the root cause of all this. Before I was just floundering.

Restful sleep!
Restful sleep! I've had trouble getting a full night's rest for a long time and have tried lots of different approaches. I wasn't sure what to expect, but this has really supported my ability to relax and sleep soundly. I'm so happy to have found something that fits so well into my nightly routine. Amazing results!
