Flakey right when you put it on.

I had high hopes for this because I bought an eyebrow pen and that one was great, especially for the price. So many struggles with this. It is flakey. Even when I added a gloss to the top, the flakiness got even worse. Then I exfoliated my lips to see if that would help and it did not. Had to return it.
