There is nothing wrong with the items I ordered!! It was the delivery process. My packages were left at the wrong apartment. The picture that was post on my phone showed an apartment, just not mine. I am handicapped, so I had my neighbor's grandson going to look at the other apartments. He found my delivery. I am not happy about the carelessness of the delivery. Not the first time this has happened. I was fortunate to find this one, never found the one before, but I did get a refund Thank you for the service you provide. It is very useful. My other question is why was I charged a shipping fee when I am a WalMart member. I thought a member didn't get charged. Thank you
