One of the best

This cream of tartar did not disappoint. I made snickerdoodle cookies from scratch and used the cream of tartar, which made all the difference because the cookies came out superb. Perfectly firm, yet not too soft. The best part is that I only used a small portion and the powder has a very long shelf life.

Great quality product and packaging

Cream of Tartar is one of those things we always need in the house. I use it most frequently for Snickerdoodle cookies. This All Natural version from McCormick comes in a very nice glass bottle and luxurious packaging. It feels more upscale than my normal plastic bottles of baking ingredients/seasonings/spices. It worked great - my cookies came out deliciously soft and chewy, just the way we like them.
