Spring Valley Calcium Bone Health Dietary Supplement Tablets, 600 mg, 100 Count : I purchased this because it did not have any vitamin D in it. Not everyone knows that the vitamin D they make now is not water soluble, therefore it stores in your fat and too much can cause heart problems. The only place you can water soluble vitamin D is in Canada. The fat vitamin D you can get in Canada requires a prescription, because it is so dangerous.

Spring Valley Natural easy to swallow 600 mg
I have a medical problem in which I have lost all my parathyroid glands to cancer. These glands that I lost regulates the body process of calcium. I take 6 calcium tablets approx. every 2-4 hours. If I do not take calcium, I can die. I do wish they would carry the larger bottles of calcium again. The price of calcium is very important to me. I do not work and on a very small fix income. Pills work great and affordable for my income and dosage amount I need.
