When my arthritis is acting up late in the day, the only thing that helps is Equate extra pain relief PM Acetaminophen. I have been using it for many years to relieve my pain. I have been given prescriptions after prescription that never worked for me until I tried this. One of the best things it helps me to sleep. I wouldn't say this if it wasn't true.
