It's great to keep on you for any time any occasio

Has a minty taste very fresh and keeps my mouth fresh and minty all day long. Also great to share with friends or coworkers. I always keep a pack in my purse and in my car. Shipping it from my purse to my car is always super easy, but I don't really pay attention to the ingredients it's a polar ice flavor and sugar-free helps me cut back on sugar, so it doesn't really have too much of a different taste from the original
