Not as strong as others / great price

There's stronger eye drops out there. The strength actually might not be a bad thing, plus sometimes the stronger drops burn. Still, these eye drops are sold at a really good price. I still pick these first and they actually do a good job. I use these twice/day and use preservative-free if I need more.

not a dry eye in the house...

I get vision, headaches and have been for a long time but lately my eye actually started hurting and I was getting headaches and they weren't going away. I told my mom about it and she had the same thing and she said she bought these. turns out she has dry eye syndrome. maybe I do too. because I put a drop in in the morning and some at night before I go to bed and I haven't had any issues in the whole time I've started taking these drops. definitely recommended. eventually I need to get glasses but it stopped the headaches and eye issues I was having prior.

Boxes opened/not what I thought I ordered.

I'm sure there are tears is a good product, but that is not what I thought I ordered. I was trying to order. OPTASE eye drops. One box of the Thera Tears had been cut open ant other box had been partially opened. I would like to return the two boxes if there are tears to exchange them for the tase. I live in In Columbia and possibly could do that at the Walmart here. Please advise. Thank you for giving us a voice.
