Helped my immune system

This vitamin has greatly improved my immune system! I usually use all my sick days at work over the year, however since using this multivitamin in the last year I have sick days spare and have been able to fight off a few flu's this winter. Really would recommend.

Excellent!

This multivitamin is not synthetic, it is real form. This should be kept in the fridge to preserve the quality especially in hot and humid countries. One must take this vitamin continuosly to realize its benefit in the long run. It provides great stamina during streesful time. The size of the pill ok to swallow.
