Swanson delivers again!
Great antioxidant, immunity builder and stress support. Swanson delivers a high quality product at an awesome price. The capsules are on the larger side so if you have difficulty with larger capsules - maybe empty into smaller ones or into some liquid.

Much cheaper than Nature Made which I have used for years, seems to have the same mg. and root strength. If it acts the same way as Nature Made I will order it again. Let you know when I finish bottle.

I started using it in 2019 when Covid reared its ugly head. I have Lupus and didn't need a virus like that to contend with so I used Astralagus, zinc, vita C& vita D to protect me from the horrible virus. It worked beautifully! I keep on using it daily for protection from any thing out "there!"
