Great product
Love how they are a more natural approach at pms symptoms. It takes a bit for the vitamins to work. So Im not sure exactly how they work just yet. But I am excited. The magnesium usually calms my nerves so my anxiety isnt so high during that time of the month.

These Pure Encapsulations Pro Soothe ll work great. I take 2 capsules with water. My pms symptoms have subsided and I love that these are helping. There is no after taste with these supplements. I like the ingredients as well.
