This quick fix meal is so good. it has meat and vegetables with rice. I beef it up with similar vegetables and fresh shrimp or chicken thigh chopped. for extra flavor, keep some sweet and sour sauce or soy if you dont like sweet. A Great meal is waiting for you.

I've tried several frozen beef and broccoli entrees available at Walmart--this is my favorite. Easy to prepare and it has tender beef along with broccoli that you can recognize. I top it off with Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce for a meal that I really enjoy.
