Perfect light day pantiliners. These are absorbent and thin and they stay in place on your underwear. I have been through so many different brands in the years and I am extremely pleased with this purchase. If anyone else has bought the brands that are basically a glorified sticker with some padding or the ones that come unattached from your underwear and create an extremely uncomfortable wedgy all day, which can also cause you to spot in your underwear/pants on top of the discomfort, I am sorry. Buy these if you are looking for something for when you have a light flow to light spotting and want a pad that is comfortable, absorbent and will stay in place. PS.
