Instead of paying $7 for a healthy alternative at a fast food restaurant I love the wide selection of ready-made salads at Walmart. It was fresh and very satisfying. I usually buy two or three for lunch or dinner.

Marketside Ranch Cobb Salad
This salad is delicious. The lettuce was crisp and fresh as well as all of the ingredients. It was filling and lasted me all afternoon. I took it to work for lunch. The dressing was yummy too.

This salad was good, everything was fresh and yummy. The boiled egg wasn't very flavorful though. At $4 for a fresh, generously sized salad it's a great deal and will leave you feeling full. MUCH better than a $4 fast food meal. It comes with a fork, which is handy. The buttermilk ranch is really good, and don't worry. Even if you like a lot of ranch on your salad like me, there's enough inside that little cup :)
