Maybelline Volum' Express Waterproof Mascara, Very Black, 0.34 Oz.

First up I have to ask… how is it that no one has reviewed this mascara yet??? It's by far and away my favourite drugstore mascara and one I keep coming back to. Could it be that no one is aware what a great product it is? Let me fill you in! It looks and feels very similar to the many, MANY other mascaras out there. Standard plastic packaging? Check! Plastic bristles? Check! Comes only in black? Check! Here's where it's different. This is the only drugstore (so, relatively inexpensive) mascara I've found that does everything I'm looking for in a mascara. It creates the trifecta that every mascara wearer is looking for: length, volume and definition. You can easily get away with just one coat, but two will give you more va-va-voom!  It doesn't flake or smudge like so many others do for me. I'm so sick of looking in the mirror at some point during the day and seeing the dreaded ‘panda eyes'. That's never happened with this mascara – a miracle! It also doesn't clump when applying. It stays put all day and is easy to remove. It doesn't smell bad or cause irritation to the eyes (great for contact lens wearers like me). I could go on and on (and I have a bit) it's that good! I'm not sure what makes this a stand out compared to other mascaras. The brush is fairly standard (plastic bristles, quite long and lots of them, but nothing that hasn't been done before). My guess that there's something in the formulation of the mascara itself which sets it apart from the rest.  I'm a bit of a mascara fan and I'm always trying something new. I always have a backup of this one on hand though. It's perfect for days when I just want to put mascara on and forget about it and know that it will always be on point and that it will stay put! 

Love Love LoveThis is the mascara that pulls no punches... it does what it says on the pack!Easy to apply and a stunning result ALL day.  It doesn't smudge it doesn't clump.. Goes on like a dream and leaves me feeling fabulous.I just have to be careful to not make my lashes too big (or they touch my glasses... lol) it is a great product and I would absolutely recommend this.x
