You don't have to use a lot. It lathers up beautifully and leaves your hair feeling and smelling great. I didn't use a conditioner and my hair combed right out. My hair feels better than with other shampoos and conditioners. Why waste al that money on something you don't need when this does it all. Will definitely buy again.
