For centuries, women in thailand have used pueraria mirifica to smooth the midlife transition into menopause. A member of the legume family, pueraria mirifica contains many of the same phytoestrogens found in soy along with unique phytoestrogens not found in any other plant. These are the most bioactive of the known phytoestrogens, with roughly 3,000 times the activity of soy isoflavones and 100 times the activity of red clover. Amazing product!!!
I started off with trying out Swanson's brand of PM and noticed results almost instantly! People commented on how great my skin was looking and I also noticed and felt the difference myself. I felt that I looked much more youthful and my skin was very soft and supple (I realize that not everyone has the same results, we are all different). I started taking PM a year ago and I am so happy I found out about it.After ordering through Swanson I did try a few other brands and even had my Aunt bring some back with her from Thailand for me, not one of them even came close to the purity, effectiveness and affordability of Swanson's! I will remain faithful with Swanson's PM and I order a new bottle now at least once a month. I am VERY, very pleased with this product!! Can't say enough.
