Chair is nice. Looks elegant. I gave it a low rating because I received chairs that were obviously returned and missing hardware to assemble to chairs. Customer service has been non-responsive. The phone %23 is someone's personal cell, who doesn't return calls. They have not responded to messages sent via Walmart messages. For these reasons, I wouldn't recommend purchasing from the seller.
