The Perfect Early Morning Run Snack!

What's not to like! I like to eat one right when I wake up before starting a 6-8 mile run. Running before breakfast is tricky. I don't want to eat a full breakfast, but I also find that I get pretty hungry and run out of energy 5 miles into my run. The organic caramel waffle hits the spot and never causes any stomach issues!

I am a runner and I use this as my pre-workout snack and it is absolutely my new favorite flavor. I have always loved gingersnap and this waffle has just the right amount of ginger taste. My favorite waffle flavor

I'm a big fan of chocolate and mint (honestly, it's my favorite), so I love these. My wife, doesn't love mint, so I get them all to myself. But, doesn't matter which flavor you like, the waffles are the best product to Honey Stinger's name. I eat one 30 minutes before every workout I do (and I workout at least 5 times a week!).
