Its all about customer service...

I received the side mount a day later than UPS predicted, but that's no fault of Kapsco. It was packaged very nice and installation was fairly straight forward. I have a 2007 Shadow VT750DC. Once the mount/light was installed I checked it for proper operation. Unfortunately, some of the red LEDs did not light at all, and of the ones that did some did not get brighter when the brake was applied. Also, only one of the two license plate lights worked. So, I contacted Kapsco the following day by way of their live chat customer service through the website. Gavin answered all of my questions and concerns quickly and stood behind their free 30 day product warranty. A replacement part is being shipped out today. I will review once again after receiving the new mount/light. Thanks again to Gavin for a hassel free warranty.
