This is a game changer! Am a griddle convert! Very sturdy and well made. Heats up and cools down quickly. Cooks beautifully, and the 3 separately controlled heating areas permit cooking a variety of foods at the same time. Easy clean up. No flare ups!Love that it has a closable lid. Perfect size allowing for any necessary location changes. Arrived VERY securely packaged to prevent damage in transit, to the point of making it extremely difficult to get it all out of the box! One thing that would be a great help would be to place the assembly instructions on the top rather than at the bottom of the box, making them the 1st item retrieved. Having a chance to preview these instructions before attempting to unpack all of the component pieces would be really helpful. Highly recommend!
