I was a little skeptical since the phone was refurbished but my phone came in perfect condition. No scratches or marks. The seller even had a screen protector put on it. My only complaint was that I didn’t receive earphones, the dongle, or the correct apple charger.. but they’re minor inconveniences for me. Can’t beat the price and I love my phone!
