Item was as pictured. I wish the item had been manufactured in the USA. As in the other online reviews, which I read before I placed my order, I found the shirt to run VERY small. Thank goodness I ordered up a size. I bought the size 14 and it fit a very thin, short boy who just turned 11 (and the sleeves were still too short for him).
