Very bad design and unusable product.

This Mountain Bike Cellphone Holder Waterproof Bag Bicycle Phone Mount arrived later than expected, but whilst it looked great it turned out that the Holder could not clip onto the phone/bicycle mount. It was a very poor design. This should never have been sent out unchecked. and I had to return this. VERY disappointing and not sure In shall buy any product from Walmart online without being able to see the actual product first in store. (which they did not have in 2 Super Walmart stores I visited.
