The Flame King 20LB Propane Tank is the perfect solution for all of your propane supply needs. Best for residential and outdoor applications - BBQ/outdoor grilling and cooking, camping and outdoor activities, patio/garage heating, fire pits, fire tables, RVs, and truck campers. This can be used horizontally and vertically, and can also be transported in both positions. It has built-in wheels for ease of transport and an EZ-HANDLE collar design, a built-in formed handle with no sharp edges. Propane Tank comes empty, a pre-purged vacuum ready for the filling of propane avoiding the cost and headache of purging your new tank. It has a premium OPD (overfill protection device) valve and a built-in accurate gauge so you will never run out of propane! It is built from high-grade welded steel and powder-coated for rust prevention. For your safety, this tank is X-ray and hydrostatic tested to ensure reliable performance and safe transportation; DOT approved, making it compliant for use and transport across the United States.

Nice concept but the handle doesn't lock in place making it difficult to move if you have to push it which you have to do a lot. Other than that it's nice and I like how you can lay it horizontal.

Easy to handle
I'm sure this item is fine, however I wanted the larger 30 pound tank. I already have 3 twenty pound tanks. Given our elder ages, I thought wheels and a pull would help with handling. I also wanted the larger tank so when the heater I purchased this for would not run out as fast. I often have trouble with the Walmart website. I get many messages about “we're having trouble right now” and if the 20 pound tank got put into the cart during one of these “mishaps” then, oh well. I guess it's not the products fault. I researched this tank and company thoroughly. I like the visible meter and handle as well as overfill protection. I'm sure it will outlive us.
