This was my first time to use this product. The consistency of the relaxer is very good -not thin and runny-so it was very easy to apply to my hair and rinsed out easily. The conditioner has a pleasant, citrusy scent, which was nice. My hair feels healthier and has a more beautiful, relaxed appearance than I have ever experienced with any relaxer I've ever used in many, many years of using them, including salon treatments. Note: I was very careful to follow the instructions re: mixing in the activator prior to use. I was initially hesitant to use any relaxer due to recent hair damage but this turned out really well. I'm very pleased with the product!
