Our Equate Children's Chewable Complete Multivitamin Tablets Dietary Supplement is formulated with children's specific nutrient needs in mind. 2 of my kids and myself have a genetic condition that makes absorbing nutrients really hard, so we have to rely on supplements to help keep us from deficiencies. Since we can't absorb nutrients the same as others we actually need to sometimes take 2-3x as much of a supplement than is recommended. (Our Dr oversees this) That can make things really expensive so these have been wonderful since they are so much more affordable. They also seem to work well since our labs came back in normal range or just ever so slightly lower, which is really good for our family.
