Take 1 tablet at the onset of symptoms. Dissolve entire tablet in mouth. Do not chew. Do not swallow whole. Repeat every 3 hours until symptoms are gone.

For best results, use at the first sign of a cold and continue to use until symptoms completely subside. Adults and children 12 years of age and older: take 1 tablet at the onset of symptoms, dissolve entire tablet in mouth. Do not chew. Do not swallow whole. Repeat every 2 - 3 hours, not to exceed 7 tablets in 24 hours. Take until symptoms are gone. To avoid minor stomach upset, do not take on an empty stomach do not eat or drink for 15 minutes after use. Do not eat or drink citrus fruits or juices for 30 minutes before or after use. Otherwise drink plenty of fluids. Children under 12 years of age: ask a doctor before use

i used these for the first time. It lessened the severity of a bad cold with sore throat and prevented it from evolving into a bad sinus infection. Was very pkeasenty surprised that it worked, however had to take every 2 hours for 4 days, was worth it.

I've read that there's no proof that zinc helps with illness prevention etc. This product seems to prove that statement wrong. I've taken it when exposed to people with a cold. I've taken it when feeling a cold coming on or knowing I've contracted one from someone. Every time it either goes away or is short lived. Placebo? Maybe. Real miracle drug? Not sure. Either way I will keep it in my cabinet and reach for every time I'm at risk for oncoming sickness.
