Instructions
Directions: Do not take more than directed (see overdose warning). Do not take more than 4 powders in 24 hours unless directed by a doctor. Adults and children 12 years of age and over, place 1 powder on tongue every 6 hours, while symptoms persist. Drink a full glass of water with each dose, or may stir powder into a glass of water or other liquid. Children under 12 years of age, ask a doctor.

Works in a Flash on Headaches
My husband has been taking this product for his exertion migraines and it works! I tried it for a headache, which I rarely get, and also for stress induced neck muscle pain and it worked within 5 minutes, the headache and neck pain were GONE in a Flash! I used the Extra Strength orange flavor and put it first under my tongue and then washed it down with apple juice.

works for me
This powder really works for me. I recently had an Illiostomy, and cant digest most other pain relievers. I tried this product and it works very fast, I just have a sip of something waiting, because it doesnt taste "good" (as you might imagine) but well worth it because of how fast it works. I am allergic to food dyes, or I woud try the orange flavor.

Love this!
I get migranes on an almost daily basis and it is hard to find anything that will combat it but Goodys Extra Strength Headache Powder does the trick! It almost starts working immediately and along with making my headache fade it also helps me longer than other headache remedies..I would definitely recommend it!
