So perfectly delicious and simple! Just some sugar and cinnamon sprinkled on one side of the sweet crunchy buttery thin wafer. Eating these I usually put the whole wafer in my mouth cuz otherwise the crumbly cookie can get all over the place. That's the only downside, it's super EZ to make a mess.
