This system is designed to safely be used with either a hot or cold water application. The water bottle system comes with switch-out pieces that can be utilized for these different applications, including tubing, a shut-off clamp, stopper and several pipes. Use this enema water bottle to maintain your personal hygiene and keep yourself healthy. It can also be used to easily treat pain and muscle aches. The water bottle and attachments are made to be reusable so you only have to buy one for multiple health and hygiene applications.

. Directions For Use:. Water Bottle Use: Use only plain tap water in the bottle. Using anything other than plain tap water could destroy or damage the bottle. Let our excess air before placing stopper into threaded opening. Turn stopper so it fits securely into threads and tighten. Test for leakage by turning bottle upside down and pressing down on bottle firmly. For Warm Application - Fill bottle 3/4 full with tap water only. (Caution: Tap water can cause burns.). For Cold Application - Fill bottle 3/4 full with cold water or crushed ice. Douching Procedure: Fill bottle 2/3 full with warm water and douche preparation (if desired). Gently thread adaptor into bottle, and turn to secure tightly. Cover adaptor opening and shake to insure proper mixing. Slide shut-off clamp onto tubing and clamp shut. Slip plain end of tubing onto the adaptor. Slip vaginal (douche) pipe into other end of tubing. Suspend bottle about 3 feet about vagina. Release shut-off clamp to expel air in tubing before inserting vaginal (douche) pipe. To Use in Shower - Stand with feet apart. To Use in Bathtub - Recline in tub, knees slightly bent apart. To Use on Toilet - Lift one thigh while in seated position. While maintaining one of the positions indicated, gently insert vaginal (douche) pipe into the vagina. Release clamp to permit solution to flow gently. Simple Enema Use: Fill bottle 2/3 full with warm water and enema preparation (if desired). Gently thread adaptor into bottle, and turn to secure tightly. Cover adaptor opening and shake to insure proper mixing. Slide shut-off clamp onto tubing and clamp shut. Slip end of tubing onto the adaptor. Slip enema pipe into other end of tubing. Apply lubricating jelly to enema pipe. Suspend bottle about 3 feet above hips. Release clamp to expel air in tubing before inserting enema pipe. To Use in Bathtub - Recline in tub with knees drawn up. To Use on Toilet - Sit on toilet and lean forward slightly. While maintaining one of the positions indicated, gently insert lubricated enema pipe into rectum. Release shut-off clamp to permit solution to flow gently. Retention Enema: Follow your physician's instructions.
