Well made

This mirror is a great fit for my suburban. The shape and color were correct and best of all, the glass doesn't shake when I drive. Very sturdy. Very nice.

Shipping Damage

Ordering and process time was very good. Easy online order process and quick order fulfillment. Unfortunately item arrived with a shattered glass mirror. I immediately contacted customer service and initiated an online return request. Once again their response time was spot on and I received an REturn Merchandise Authorization as well as a email notification for return shipping via FedEx. My credit card was credited for the entire amount within a week of their receipt of the damaged product and I am getting ready to reorder the mirror today. Hopefully the second time around will result in a better job of packing at the warehouse and I can finally replace my mirror.
