1. Both sides don't work?

Please rotate the plug (reverse polarity) and try again.

2. One side doesn't work?

1) Please turn back the plug of the defective bulb (swapping the polarity) and try again

2) Please swap the bulbs left and right to see if the problem can be solved

3) Please check your connections and fuses

4) If you still cannot solve the problem, please contact our customer service, we will contact you within 24 working hours.

3.Blinking / interference / error light on both sides?

Please note that your car needs a resistor canceller decoder and you can contact our customer service for assistance.

4. The bulb is inappropriate?

Please note that your car needs a light bulb holder to lock the light bulbs, and you can buy one from ebay depending on your vehicle model.

5.The lamp is missing and cannot be installed (H11)?

Please put the bulb into the bulb assembly and make sure to rotate the bulb clockwise.Only this way you can install the bulb, if you just put it in the socket, you can not stabilize the bulb.
