mist it as if it was hair soray. 2 sprays over the top is all ya need. it calms the friz with just enough weight to lay it down without looking oily or unclean. just dont touch it! then grab your lowest part of your pony tail and spray one time and let go. brush with a wide tooth brush like a vented wet brush or wet comb and then air dry!

Just what I wanted to give a little shine to my gray and silver hair. I've been trying a number of products to give a little shine to my hair. Most have been pretty ineffective. This really seems to work for me. Just a few quick sprays after my hair is styled and it doesn't doesn't weigh it down or affect the styling in any way.
