What can I say without discussing the reason you are taking this!?!?! Philips has been around since the mid-century and I remember my grandfather swigging it right out of the blue glass bottle. Aaaak. Anyway, it's tried and true, gentle if you use it properly, and just plain old good stuff.

I have problems with using the bathroom and I have tried so many over the counter and prescribed medications from my doctor none of them work. and my friend told me about Philip's magnesium milk I cannot believe this . this is the only thing that has helped me go to the bathroom . they have different flavors the mint and Cherry are the best I really recommend this if you need a laxative. in 30 minutes you will feel relief guaranteed
