My new favorite

I had never tried this flavor sausage before and I just wanted to see how they would taste. They are my new favorite. They are mildly seasoned ( I don't like a sausage with too much sage or spice) and it's not too sweet either! It reminds me of the sausage my grandpa used to make on the farm.
