I recently made a new Italian Spaghetti using Johnsonville Sweet Italian Pork Links and cut the casings off for my sauce mix. It was a good substitute from your neighborhood butcher store on short notice. I would definitely recommend this for future recipes.

I'm Italian 2nd generation when my parents' would make sauce they would get a pound of italian Sausage from our local Italian Deli and four packs of Johnsonville Sweet italian Sausage. People that came iver for dinner when my parents' made Penne pasta nothing would be left. They love my parents' sauce. Memorial Weekend we would go camping it was crazy about 20 families would get together. On Sunday it was pasta night everyone made a different pasta my Dad would barbecue Johnson Sweet Sausage four packs and four packs mild Sausage the sausage would be gone instantly
